Great post! I agree! Not only does our diet play a large effect in the way we look, but more importantly how we feel. The reason that we feel so much better when we are eating better is because of the healthy food we are fueling our bodies with. Another great way to help jump start your body in a positive direction is with exercise! You really only need to work out a couple days a week for about 20 minutes a day. For those who don’t want to travel back and forth to the gym all week long, look into alternate choices. There are home gyms out there that allow you to perform the essential workouts to get your body and mind feeling 10 times better. This way you get a great workout, without the travel and hassle of going to a gym!
