		<description>I agree with Total Gym.  The issue I also have with treadmills is that they are not as realistic a running experience as running on actual ground.  Find a gym or mall to run in the winter and outside in the summer for a better workout.</description>

Not just that it only concentrate on your legs, giving benefits only to your lower body. But, it also absorbs all the shock whenever you recoil your middle leg extremities. I am obese and have tried elliptical machine, though it gives you great workout, sometimes, i am not really secure of the resistance the machine gives me. I have tried different machines, till i found Vigorfit. It has 440 lbs. resistance that surely will last, and can perform pilates, cardio at the same time, giving you great body workout with ease and comfort. So before purchasing any machines, think. Does it give you comfort? Is it guaranteed to give you great, extensive workout without shedding big amount of money? Thinking twice is better than spending 1000 grand without anything in return.</description>
