Value of low intensity exercise

This study evaluated the effectiveness of low intensity exercise compared to moderate intensity. Many of the benefits of exercise are achieved at lower intensities, but additional benefits (anaerobic capacity, aerobic capacity) require additional effort. Still, the low intensity group achieved improvements in aerobic capacity and heart rate during exercise.
