High-energy radiofrequency an effective treatment for cellulite

January 1st, 2007 | by David Spelts |

Cellulite treatments are difficult to evealuate because improvements in skin health improve the appearance of cellulite…even though no changes to the actual fat tissues occured.

This study evaluated the use of high-energy radiofrequency devices and found improvements in the cullulite tissue and associated collagen. The improvements where apparently induced by the heating of the cullulite tissues during treatment.
