Factors associated with a healthy body weight

A meta analysis of research found the following factors associated with a healthy body weight.

1. Exercising 45-60 minutes per day.

2. Reduced fat diet that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and dairy products.

3. Replacing starchy carbohydrates with protein from lean meat.

4. Dairy calcium intake.
