Dietary patterns and BMI

Previous studies have shown the reverse relationship between the amount of vegetables and fruits consumed and BMI. In this study, dairy was also shown to have a reverse relationship to BMI…at least in women. Meat and potatoes did not fair as well and were associated with insulin resistance.
