Caloric deficit and gene expression

With regard to weight loss, it does’nt matter how a caloric deficit is created…whether by diet, exercise or both. But creating a caloric deficit with dietary caloric restriction has a significant affect on genes involved with cancer protection. Much more than either of the exercise groups.
