High intensity exercise with high protein, low fat diet produces greater fat loss
December 7th, 2006 | by David Spelts |Subjects where put either on a 40% protein, 40% carb, 20% fat diet with high intensity aerobics and weight training or a food pyramid style 50-55% carb, 15-20% protein, < 30% fat diet with moderate intensity aerobic exercise.
The high protein, low fat diet with high intensity exercise produced much greater results including over twice the fat loss. Too bad both groups did’nt receive the same exercise plan.
