Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load both Correlate with BMI

Some recent studies have suggested that the glycemic index and glycemic load are not important. The following study shows that this is due to under-reporting of food intake.
Positive association where found between GI, GL, and BMI.

Obese subjects are highly likely to under report their energy intake. Studies that ignore this are somewhat suspect.
