Eat your breakfast

October 20th, 2006 | by David Spelts |

Those who skip breakfast are more likely to binge eat later in the day. Also, those who consumed more meals (including breakfast and snacks) weighed less than those who eat fewer meals.

If you are not hungry in the morning it means you are eating too much food the night before.
